Kindly note that GIATA does not provide the Multilingual Hotel Guides (MHG) content for all available properties in our system; we provide hotel facts and descriptions for ca. 425.000 properties (see here: https://content-statistics.giatamedia.com/statistics/latest) and images for ca. 90.000 properties. Therefore, it's possible that for a certain property:
- the content has not yet been created
- the property, lying on the same grounds, has completely changed brand, ownership, etc. and GIATA is yet to receive the updated information
- smaller fact changes usually seasonal, have taken place.
In these cases, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success team at customer-success@ or directly to the Descriptive Content team at descriptions@, informing them of the case identified. Our Descriptive Content department will be happy to take on the task of updating or generating new content, as long as there is a trustworthy source of information available (the content should be live on the hotelier's website or a similarly trustworthy source).
In the event that you have a list of properties that need updating, we recommend that you point out to us the desired order of priority.
We encourage the hotel representatives to maintain the content always updated by hiring our Content Management tool GIATA Drive, which has automated distribution to a large portfolio of TOs, OTAs, bedbanks, metasearch engines, and CRS, and makes the content available to an even larger list of channels.
