      We are very happy to hear of your interest in working with GIATA as a supplier for GIATA MultiCodes. By becoming a supplier, you will have the opportunity to share your mapping data with other partners who use MultiCodes, promoting collaboration within the industry and expanding your reach at no cost to you.

      Your Benefits as a GIATA MultiCodes Supplier

      • Industry-wide Visibility
        Your mappings will be made accessible to other partners through GIATA MultiCodes. This gives you the chance to showcase your data to a larger network of potential customers.

      • Targeted Access Control
        You have full flexibility to decide which partners can view and request access to your hotel data. You can set specific restrictions to manage visibility.

      • Individual Authorization Possible
        If required, we can provide access to your hotel codes only to individual clients that you authorize in writing. We offer a dedicated authorization form for this purpose. This ensures that you always maintain full control over who can use your codes, while protecting the security and integrity of your data.

      Supplier Statistics – See Your Impact

      Once you are integrated as a supplier, your mappings will be listed in our public supplier statistics, updated every Monday. This offers visibility into your contribution and reach:

      The Integration Process

      To initiate the integration process, we kindly ask you to complete and return two PDF forms:

      1. Data Requirements (DR)

      2. Data Supply Agreement (DSA)

      These documents define the terms and conditions for processing and publishing your codes. Please fill them out completely and send them back to us.

      Technical Details for Data Transfer

      We support multiple formats and delivery methods:

      • API access

      • Data retrieval via FTP server or static link

      • Supported formats: XLSX, CSV, JSON, XML

      If desired, we can also set up an account for you on our FTP server. Alternatively, you’re welcome to send us test data via email, and we will review it promptly and provide feedback.
