This tool is perfect for users who need fast, accurate access to hotel information with minimal effort.
Access to the MultiCodes Utility is seamless—you can use the same credentials you already use for MultiCodes, so there’s no need to create new accounts or remember additional logins.
Key Features of the MultiCodes Utility:
- Effortless Data Filtering: Quickly filter hotel information by key criteria, including GIATA-ID, hotel name, location, star rating, chain affiliation, and more.
- Supplier-Specific ID Filtering: Filter for specific suppliers and receive only the IDs of those suppliers out of the ones active in your portfolio, ensuring the data is relevant to your business needs. It is also possible to show/hide inactive codes.
If only 1 supplier is selected, it is possible to search by supplier code.
- Flexible reporting options: Once you've applied your filters, click "Search", and then "Export" in order to download the data in CSV or XLSX format. This reporting feature makes it easy to analyze or incorporate the data into your own systems. A report is listed for 7 days.
- No Integration Required: Unlike our traditional solution, MultiCodes Utility allows you to make requests and access data instantly without needing any technical integration or setup.
