Images from a property are either not available, or the resolution is low.

Kindly note that GIATA does not provide the MHG content for all available properties in our system; we provide hotel facts and descriptions for ca. 425.000 properties (see here: https://content-statistics.giatamedia.com/statistics/latest) and images for ca. 90.000 properties. Therefore, it's possible that for a certain property, we have never had images in our database, or these have become outdated, and we have removed them. Older images tend to have a lower resolution as well.
GIATA's content comes from several sources, the main ones being:

- Own hotelier's content

- TO databases

- Other suppliers
We, therefore, encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success team at customer-success@giata.com informing them of the case identified. We will do our best to try and obtain the requested content for you. Unfortunately, a completion deadline is not available for this purpose, as we depend on external partners, and in some cases, even on the hotel representatives themselves, if they decide to hire our Content Management tool GIATA Drive.
