2023-01-26: New service times attribute and specific restaurants description added

The new Service times attribute now allows to specify during which hours, weekdays and on which dates a facility or a service is available.

Restaurants can be described in a more granular way, e.g. specifying the name, the cuisine type, the service hours etc.
